Moving Beam Double Column Grinder
- The column is anchored to a solid steel ground beam to ensure table load not to affect column alignment.
- Linear roller bearings sliding on steel guideways to ensure smooth and stick-slip free movement while the robust lower box way guides coated with anti-friction material in order to provide maximum rigidity.
- Enlarged double “V” longitudinal guideway design ensures low friction and low thermal deformation
- Both horizontal and vertical wheel head is positioned with a Class C2 ball screw to counterbalance with a pneumatic cylinder to ensure precise movement.
